Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

 We deliver our products to Alexandria, Cairo, Giza, Dakahleya and Gharbeya Egypt, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and in 3-5 working days  according to your location (from Sunday to Thursday – excluding any public holidays).

 If you need any special order, you need to contact us via Contact Us form or info@queen.shoes and we will let you know the delivery costs to your location.

 We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments with no extra charges.

 Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Once you have successfully placed your order, we will start processing it right away also if needed we can provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment online (shipments shall be traceable once it has been processed by the courier agent).

 If you need to change your delivery address after you have successfully placed your order, please contact us via Contact Us Form or info@queen.shoes Additional delivery charges may be applied If the order has been already processed.
