At Queen Footwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make your return or exchange process smooth and straightforward.

1. Return & Exchange Window

• You may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or size/model exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Item Condition: The shoes must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.

• Sole & Cleanliness: The shoes must not have touched the floor or outdoor surfaces (no dirt, scuffs, scratches, or wear marks on the outsoles or insoles). We kindly ask you to try on shoes only on a clean carpet or clean indoor surface.

• Packaging: All items must be returned with their original shoebox, tags, packaging, and any included accessories.

• Shipping Fees: If you are returning or exchanging due to a change of mind or personal size preference, standard shipping fees will apply.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product, an item with manufacturing damage, or the wrong size/model sent by mistake:

• You are entitled to an immediate exchange or full refund.

• Queen Footwear will cover all shipping costs associated with retrieving the incorrect/defective item and delivering the replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued upon handoff and quick inspection of the returned pair by our courier, or immediately via your preferred electronic payment method (e.g., e-wallets / bank transfer) once the item is inspected and approved.
